Patrick is owner of Waldingfield Farm, a local organic vegetable farm on over 25 acres. The land started as a dairy farm and family retreat at the beginning of the 20th century, and is now one of the largest certified organic operations in Connecticut. Patrick and his team have an active CSA program, participate in several farmers markets across the state, and maintain a wholesale business and farm stand. They also have critical relationships with many local restaurants and businesses throughout the area. Patrick is at the forefront of organic farming and sustainability in CT and we are thrilled to learn more about the systems he uses to naturally promote healthy food and a healthy planet.
